within a nature reserve at the southern edge of the renowned Kruger National Park, where one can feel part of nature and experience Safaris that will thrill.

This eco-friendly lodge has relaxed social areas with a splash pool, tea-and-coffee making facilities, an honesty bar, kitchenette, as well as an outdoor boma fire pit. Many animals, such as Kudu, Impala, Zebra, Warthog and even Giraffe, frequently wander close to the lodge.

Calabash Safari Lodge is one of the biggest straw-bale buildings in South Africa and will truly leave you breathless and feeling connected with the bush.

Safaris

Full-day safari trips in the Kruger National Park can be arranged and booked on behalf of guests. Between R900 and R1500 per person; Safari includes a 8 hour drive into Kruger National Park with an experienced Guide and breakfast will be provided on Safari. (depending on season and Park fees)

Early morning and afternoon bush walks in Marloth Park can be arranged and booked on behalf of guests.

Marloth Park is a holiday reserve situated in northeastern South Africa in the Mpumalanga province.

Marloth Park can be considered a birder's paradise. Marloth's close proximity to the Kruger and local shops and restaurants, gives visitors the opportunity to authentically experience what it's like to live in the bush.

Accommodation at Calabash can be booked on a Bed & Breakfast; Dinner, Bed & Breakfast; or exclusive use Self-Catering basis. Any of these can be combined with a safari or activity that is either booked as a package or tailor made to suit every need and budget.
