The well-stocked bar serves all your usual favourites along with delicious cocktails and specialty coffees. Our cellar has a fantastic selection of prime South African wines.

Game Drives
At Rhino Ridge Safari Lodge, we offer both morning (6am in summer and 6.30am in winter) and afternoon (4pm in summer and 3.30pm in winter) safari drives which are included in your room rate. These drives in open, high game viewers with professional guides are the highlight of every safari in South Africa.
Bush Trails
Rhino Ridge Safari Lodge also offer Bush trails which are led by none other than the legendary Nunu Jobe, a highly experienced trails ranger who also goes by the name of “The Rhino Whisperer”, as he has the reputation of being able to get closer to a white rhino than anyone. More than just a chance to experience the African bush at its wildest, Nunu says that going on a bush trail is a ‘spiritual journey’.

Morning
Start your morning with a hot cup of tea or coffee and rusks (a South African favourite) before heading out on the morning safari drive in an open game vehicle with your experienced and knowledgeable guide. Our guides will share their wealth of bush experience.
Mid-Morning
Enjoy brunch outside on the terrace or in the glass-fronted dining room, then take some time to have a snooze, read, do a few laps in the pool, indulge in a spa treatment or simply relax in the privacy of your room enjoying the endless views from your private balcony.
Afternoon
After a delicious afternoon high tea, you can enjoy an evening safari drive. Wind down with sundowners, watch an African sunset and spot the nocturnal animals in the park. On returning to the lodge, you’ll have the opportunity to freshen up before enjoying a delicious dinner prepared with modern, fresh, healthy and sophisticated flair, combined with attention to artistic presentation.
Evening
Bring your day in the bush to an end with a spot of stargazing at the fire pit deck as you trade stories of the day’s sightings over a nightcap. You’ll retire to your private, comfortable suite dreaming of doing it all again the next day...
